Burchell Fencing has quoted $15,800 plus HST to replace 330 feet of commercial chain link fencing at the Kitley Soccer Field, with additional costs to extend the fence and install soccer net anchors bringing the total to $18,000 plus HST. Council is asked to approve an extra $1,787.82 after HST rebate to complete the enhanced safety scope while keeping the overall budget impact neutral.
