The NYC Council Committee on Land Use approved a land lease allowing NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation to lease a 42,000-square-foot parcel at 1225 Gerard Avenue to River Commons Housing Development Fund Company Inc. as the named tenant. The site, currently part of a hospital parking lot, will be repurposed under the River Commons project pursuant to Res. No. 1116.
