The City of Greenwood Village is considering Ordinance No. 7-26 to approve a Development Agreement with Granite Properties, GPI-DEN, LP extending vested development rights for the High Pointe Tower project for three additional years. The extension would allow the developer until July 10, 2029 to commence the planned 12‑story office tower and five‑story parking structure at 6430 S. Fiddlers Green Circle.
