Description
The City of St. Helena is considering a license agreement with the Napa Valley Transportation Authority to allow NVTA to park, store, and charge an electric Vine transit bus on City property. The agreement would authorize installation of charging infrastructure at the Public Works Corporation Yard and delegate execution authority to the City Manager.
