The Board will consider authorizing the Interim Airport Director to enter into a contract with McClelland Consulting Engineering, Inc. for administration of the Runway 4-22 overlay and taxiway extension, for an amount not to exceed $625,000.00. Funding for this work will come from a State of Arkansas grant.
