Monroe will enter into an MOU with MetroParks of Butler County, the Miami Conservancy District, and MACIC to fund and manage stabilization of Dicks Creek and completion of the Great Miami River Trail. MetroParks will provide $375,000–$525,000 in ARPA funding toward the project.
