Description
Fairfield plans to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area and school compensation agreement with NorthPoint Development, LLC to support the Butler County Trade Center project with a 10‑year, 75% property tax abatement. In return, NorthPoint will invest over $130 million in five industrial buildings and commit to job creation and school PILOT payments.
