South Cook ISC, Homewood 153 sign 2026-27 ALOP IGA

South Cook Intermediate Service Center and Homewood 153, along with other participating Cook County school districts, entered into an intergovernmental agreement for the 2026-2027 school year to provide ALOP, RISE, short-term, and credit recovery services. The districts will self-fund the South Cook Student Advocate ALOP up to the amounts in Exhibit A and contingency budget, with quarterly payments and EBF cooperation. The agreement enables student placements without obligating districts to use the programs.
