Agreement runs for an initial 24‑month Pilot Period; continuation of the MIH Program beyond the pilot will require a new, separate agreement. Total Expense Budget may be increased or the scope modified via written amendment if costs exceed budget, and financial terms may be renegotiated based on Outside Program Income. Either Party may terminate for convenience with 90 days’ notice, for cause after a 30‑day cure period, or after impasse in financial renegotiations.
