Golden Eagle Charter District Awards Utilities Contract to Lake Siskiyou Mutual Water Company (April 2026)

$30,000.00 one-time connection fee plus $60,000.00 lift station/sewer upgrade contribution and ongoing usage-based sewer fees (minimum $35/month or $3.78/1,000 gallons, plus hourly accounting charges and potential pass-through City/County fees)

UTILITIES

Effective upon execution and connection; agreement remains in effect until terminated for breach or by mutual written agreement

Agreement continues indefinitely unless terminated by mutual written agreement or by either party for material breach not cured within 30 days (or a reasonable time if more than 30 days is required). Connection rights may transfer to a like-kind new property owner upon Company approval; non-like-kind connections may trigger renegotiation or disconnection.
