County okays 5-year NICE recording contract with WSI

Winnebago County approved a $237,600, 5-year agreement with WSI Technologies from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031 to refresh hardware and maintain the NICE Communication Recording System. The deal supports recording of 911 calls and public safety radio traffic and is coordinated with a state PSAP grant-funded upgrade.
