WMU approves MOU with University Foundation

The Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Western Michigan University Foundation establishing the Foundation as the primary repository for charitable contributions and defining services the University will provide to the Foundation. Under the agreement, the Foundation will pay an annual fee based on a percentage of its endowment to support University-provided administrative, legal, IT, HR, and facilities services, with the arrangement continuing until terminated under the contract’s terms.
