Not to exceed $3,026,943 (RHID Costs Cap, reimbursable only from RHID Incremental Tax Revenues)

CONSTRUCTION

From effective date of ordinance approving the Development Plan through the earlier of eight (8) years from that date or payment to Developer of all Eligible Project Costs up to the RHID Costs Cap (RHID Term); Project Completion Date no later than December 31, 2029

Agreement remains in force through the RHID Term, defined as from the effective date of the ordinance approving the Development Plan until the earlier of eight years from that date or full reimbursement of Eligible Project Costs up to the RHID Costs Cap. No automatic renewals are provided; amendments require mutual consent and City Council resolution.
