Description
The City of New Haven and the Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen plan to enter an interlocal cooperation agreement under which the City will remit 35% of its wheel tax and surtax revenues through 2029 in exchange for Allen County providing bridge construction, repair, and maintenance services. The three-year agreement will commence upon completion of statutory approvals and recording under Indiana Code 36-1-7-10.
