The City of Dublin continues its engagement with Nutter & Associates, Inc. to implement watershed protection plan requirements, including 2025 water quality monitoring and the preparation of the 2025 annual progress report for the Dublin Water Pollution Control Plant. The consultant provided field sampling, data analysis, and regulatory reporting support submitted to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division on June 30, 2026.
