Northwest Independent School District approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Northwest Education Foundation effective June 22, 2026, under which the District provides in-kind support such as office space, technology, and library system access. In return, the Foundation supplies staffing, fundraising, and grant resources to enhance the District’s educational programs while maintaining insurance and indemnifying the District.
