BISD-NINOS Head Start MOU Renewal for 2026-2027

Brownsville ISD leadership recommends approval of a renewed Memorandum of Understanding with NINOS Head Start for the 2026-2027 school year, under which NINOS will share in funding teacher and paraprofessional salaries, classroom supplies, and substitute pay for co-enrolled and contractual model Head Start classrooms.
