This is the second amendment to the Phase 1 PDBOM contract (originally $6,861,000, with Amendment 1 of $510,375). The amendment shifts scope from Phase 2 to Phase 1; future Phase 2 work, including final design, construction, and O&M, will be contracted under a separate Phase 2 authorization.
