FACILITIES

Perpetual easement and perpetual conveyance, with reverter clause

Conveyance is permanent, subject to a reverter clause if the property is used to conduct educational purposes for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students and such use is not corrected within 30 days after written notice from the Grantor; the easement is non-exclusive and perpetual, running with the land. The prior Long Term Lease of Real Property and its amendment are expressly cancelled and terminated by mutual agreement, with both parties acknowledging no default at termination.
