The City of Edmond is authorizing a mutual cooperation agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for reconstruction of Midwest Boulevard between Danforth and Covell, reimbursing the County up to $887,000. The County will furnish labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor services to improve drainage, stabilize the sub‑base, and construct an eight‑inch asphalt roadway with widened shoulders and striping over an estimated 60–90 day period.
