Camarillo approved the First Amendment to its MOU with the County of Ventura for the Homekey+ permanent supportive housing project on Lewis Road, refining the triggering events and payment and termination provisions for the City’s $2,000,000 capital contribution. The City Manager may execute this amendment and future nonsubstantive changes that do not add cost or liability.
