Description
Philadelphia’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems is authorized by proposed Bill 260428 to enter into a multi-year concession agreement with It’s Electric Inc. to site, design, install, own, operate and maintain a network of publicly available EV charging stations at curbside and surface lot locations. The ordinance also updates encroachment and traffic code provisions to enable installation and enforcement of dedicated EV parking spaces.
