Stormwater Easement Agreement with Asset Realty & Construction

The Village/Town of Mount Kisco entered into a Stormwater Control Facility Inspection and Maintenance Easement and Agreement with Asset Realty & Construction Group, Inc. for the self-storage project at 2 Morgan Drive. The owner must construct and maintain the stormwater facility in accordance with the approved SWPPP and plans, provide periodic inspections, indemnify the Village, and carry specified liability insurance, while granting the Village inspection and enforcement rights in perpetuity. The agreement will be recorded and run with the land.
