Rutgers, The State University – Newark received a $540,000 Individual Research Grant CBIR26IRG029 from the New Jersey Commission on Brain Injury Research to support Pabitra Sahoo’s study on regulation of local App mRNA translation by axonal stress granules after TBI. The work will investigate mechanisms of BFCN survival and strategies to protect cholinergic neurons following cortical injury.
