The Jacksonville City Council Rules Committee recommended amendment and approval of an ordinance appropriating $703,183.22 for improvements at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville and authorizing a Second Amendment to the Cost Disbursement Agreement with Jax Baseball, LLC. The amendment increases the City’s maximum indebtedness under the agreement to $36,063,183.22 and confirms that City obligations do not extend beyond September 30, 2026.
