Effective June 22, 2026 and remaining in effect unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice (students may complete program up to 12 months after notice)

Agreement is open-ended and remains in effect until terminated by mutual consent or by either party with 30 days’ written notice; if the Facility terminates, termination is delayed up to twelve months to allow enrolled or accepted students to complete the program. Agreement may be modified at any time by mutual consent.
