Shaker Heights’ Economic Development Department is seeking committee and Council approval to amend and extend its contract with Home Repair Resource Center to administer City-funded home repair grant programs through September 2027. The proposed $200,000 increase will support additional brick-and-mortar repair grants for residents and cover capped administrative and project management fees for HRRC.
