Initial term is 24 months from full execution (beginning June 3, 2026). RPS may, at its sole discretion and by mutual written agreement, renew the contract for four successive one-year periods; contract pricing increases at renewal are limited to the lesser of 3% or the CPI-U ‘Other Services’ index change, with RPS able to approve or deny requested increases. RPS may also extend the then-current term for up to 11 additional months solely to complete work already undertaken, with no rates above contracted prices; contractor must provide at least 30 days’ written notice for any requested price increase, while across-the-board decreases may take effect at any time.
