2025–2026 Master Contract With Nonpublic School/Agency

A Sonoma County SELPA member local education agency will execute this 2025–2026 Master Contract with a certified nonpublic, nonsectarian school or agency to provide special education and related services to eligible students. The agreement runs from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, with student-level services and rates defined in attached Individual Service Agreements and a rate schedule.

Contract term is August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026; parties may renegotiate a subsequent Master Contract prior to July 31, 2026. If negotiations are not concluded by July 31, 2026, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for up to 90 days at prior-year rates at the LEA’s sole discretion. Neither party is required to renew in subsequent years, and all payments cease if the contractor fails to execute the new Master Contract within 90 days of issuance.
