A Sonoma County SELPA member local education agency will execute this 2025–2026 Master Contract with a certified nonpublic, nonsectarian school or agency to provide special education and related services to eligible students. The agreement runs from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, with student-level services and rates defined in attached Individual Service Agreements and a rate schedule.

Neither party is required to renew in subsequent years, and all payments cease if the contractor fails to execute the new Master Contract within 90 days of issuance.
