The Lancaster County Commissioners approved a grant renewal agreement with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for $114,544.00 to support indigent defense services, including post-conviction counsel and support staff salaries for the Public Defender’s Office, for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The funding is 100% state-funded under the Indigent Defense Grant program.
