Loganville staff proposed entering into a Utility Aid agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for SR‑20 utility relocations, under which GDOT would contribute about $3.54 million toward relocation and associated costs while the City pays $2.36 million over three years. All utility relocation work would be completed by GDOT’s contractor and detailed in a forthcoming agreement and MOU.
