Ozarks Technical Community College is entering into an MOU with rootEd Alliance and participating rural school districts to deliver recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluation support for the Missouri Career Advising Initiative through June 30, 2026, subject to MCAI funding from DESE. OTC will manage data collection and provide ongoing advisor support under strict FERPA and confidentiality standards.
