Effective on the last date of signature by the Parties and in effect for two (2) years from that date, with automatic renewal for subsequent one-year terms unless either Party provides at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to expiration

Initial term of two years from the last date of signature, followed by automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides at least 60 days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term of an intent not to renew. Either party may also terminate for convenience with 60 days’ notice or for cause with a 30-day notice and 15-day cure period.
