The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford has selected Trinity Financial as its new development partner for the two rental phases of the Mary Shepard Place redevelopment at 88 Wooster Street. This partnership will support implementation of the revised Campus Overlay Master Plan, including an 81‑unit first phase and subsequent rental phase.
