The Duluth Airport Authority is entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Duluth for administration of Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave benefits for DAA employees through December 31, 2028. Under the agreement, the City will run the self-insured equivalent plan and manage premiums and claims at no additional cost to the Airport Authority.
