CSU Sacramento enters PCCP participating entity pact

Description
California State University, Sacramento will enter into a Participating Special Entity Agreement with the Placer Conservation Authority to secure PCCP incidental take and aquatic resource coverage for the Placer Center Master Plan. The university will pay phase-based mitigation fees and adhere to detailed habitat and wetland protection measures through at least 2056.
