The City Council is asked to approve a Cooperative Agreement with the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and Starlight USA, LLC to construct portions of the Moreno Master Drainage Plan at Redlands Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue. The City Manager would be authorized to execute the agreement and return it to the District.
