One (1) academic semester; may be renewed each semester upon mutual written consent

MOU is effective for one academic semester and may be renewed each semester upon mutual written consent of both parties; if the MOU expires while a student is actively placed, it continues in effect for that student until the placement is completed or terminated, but no new placements may begin until the MOU is renewed. Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice, and certain sections (III.5, III.12, VIII, IX, and any choice-of-law/venue provisions) survive expiration or termination.
