Description

Grady County and Ninnekah Public School District enter into a cooperative governmental services contract effective July 1, 2026 to share labor and equipment for maintenance, construction, improvements and repairs on designated projects. The interlocal agreement follows Oklahoma statutes and renews annually unless terminated by written notice.

Renewal Info

Initial term runs from execution through the end of the then-current fiscal year. The agreement automatically renews for the following fiscal year unless a party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 45 days before fiscal year end; each automatic renewal is for one fiscal year only. Either party may terminate upon written notice in the event of breach.
