Renewal Info
Initial term runs from execution through the end of the then-current fiscal year. The agreement automatically renews for the following fiscal year unless a party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 45 days before fiscal year end; each automatic renewal is for one fiscal year only. Either party may terminate upon written notice in the event of breach.
