MNAA plans to enter a Letter of Agreement with American Airlines to fund construction of an expanded Admirals Club in the new Concourse A, contributing up to $12.62 million toward a $17.76 million buildout. American will reimburse the Authority over 10 years with 5% interest while leasing the entire club and adjacent administrative space and terraces at standard terminal rates.
