Joshua Basin Water District staff recommend engaging Phibro-Tech, Inc. to conduct chromium-6 ion exchange pilot testing at five wells for an amount not to exceed $300,000. The pilot will generate DDW-required data on treatment performance, corrosion potential, and waste characterization to support design of full-scale treatment facilities through December 2026.
