The Borough of Spotswood approved a one-year Clinical Services Agreement with Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, to provide behavioral health and employee assistance services for Borough employees. Compensation will be paid according to the fee schedule in Exhibit C of the agreement, effective April 1, 2026.
