Commission Seeks Refined Option 2A From Icon Architects

The Keefe Auditorium Commission received from Icon Architects a set of four renovation options and requested additional design work to develop a refined Option 2A, with the architect’s original RFP scope now complete and any further work to be treated as added cost. Icon will prepare an updated design and cost estimate package for city staff and the commission ahead of the June 4, 2026 meeting.
