Lift Station Agreement Assigned to LCRBDC

Little Calumet River Basin Development Commission has entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement with the Town of Highland and Wicker Park for the Lift Station on U.S. 41/ SR152 in Highland. LCRBDC will be responsible for all repairs, including materials and labor, to the Lift Station, from the date of the Agreement through May 11, 2031.
