Continuation funding is based on successful performance in COYA Rounds 1 and 2 and ongoing performance against Round 3 outcomes. At the midpoint, if guaranteed RAP spots or 60% placement targets are not met, DIR may withhold the second half of the award. DIR may also terminate early for noncompliance or lack of available funds.
