In July 2025, OCWD extended its duck hunting lease with Elaine Raahauge d.b.a. Mike Raahauge’s Shooting Enterprises through June 30, 2026 and authorized the operator to perform maintenance on the Prado Ponds. Amendment Twenty-Four preserved the long-standing hunting concession while expanding maintenance responsibilities.
