Description

Danville City Council approved an Electric Service Agreement with 100 Cane Creek, LLC to provide up to 40 MW of industrial electric capacity at the former Morgan Olson site, with 10 MW available by mid-2026 and additional capacity subject to a regional transmission study. The City will build and own the necessary transmission and substation facilities under a 3‑year initial term with annual renewals.
