County to Execute Finance Agreement with NYS EFC

Onondaga County authorized its Chief Fiscal Officer to enter into a project finance agreement with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation to finance or refinance engineering costs for Wetzel Road Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements.
