The City approved Order 28,023 to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority defining each party’s responsibilities for ownership, maintenance, and access to River Park Project facilities. The MOU is effective upon execution and continues until either party terminates it with 60 days written notice.
