Core fee is a lump sum of $825,000 for basic services up to Construction Administration. Construction Administration (Phase V), additional services, and optional services may be authorized later in writing at standard billing rates with a 10% maximum markup on subconsultants or the originally proposed rate, whichever is less. Time extensions and associated fee adjustments require written amendments.
